    The city of York has a history that goes back nearly 2,000 years. Located in North Yorkshire, York has been a major player throughout the history of Great Britain. Liverpool has plenty to offer visitors as well and is commonly known as the home of the Beatles, the Royal Liver Building, Liverpool FC. Take the time to visit the Albert Dock, a trendy area in Liverpool consisting of shops, apartments, restaurants, pubs, galleries and museums that have been converted from old warehouses.
