Metered parking is available throughout Vienna though, as, with many major cities, it can be difficult to find a spot in the city centre. Street parking should cost around €2 per hour with two-hour maximums. Private car parks are also available, charging €3.00-4.70 per hour. Vienna also has several Park and Ride locations on the outskirts of the city, where you can leave the car for €3.00 per day and opt to take public transportation into the city.
