There's no need to fork out from your super or remortgage your home just to get your family on a holiday and create lasting moments. A road trip in our back garden is all it takes, and it is a great way to experience the landscapes of Queensland. After some relaxing nights in tropical Cairns, it's time to pack up the car and head south to see the majestic Millaa Millaa Falls which are known to be the most photographed falls in Australia. The plunging water has created a pool at its base and is perfect for a safe swim with the family.Stop along the way at Mamu Rainforest Canopy Walk and explore the tropical rainforest. Walk through and experience spectacular panoramic views of World Heritage rainforest landscapes.

    Keep Your Eyes Peeled

Travel through Noosa and enjoy the gentle waters and sand between your toes. Noosa's Main Beach is patrolled year round so it's just great for the young ones and if surfing is down your alley then you have come to the right place. Noosa's Main Beach is the best place to take a lesson as beginners don't have to compete with the big surf. For the more experienced wave chasers, there is Sunshine Beach just around the headland which is equally as beautiful and boasts much bigger surf.
