3 Requests We Can't Confirm

When it comes to cars everyone has a different idea of what they like and what they don't like. Some people prefer a large car others prefer a small car, some like automatic others like manual. Everyone is different. Working at AutoEurope Australia, I have heard some strange requests when it comes to car hire and we always do our very best to confirm the car you want but sometimes it's not always that easy. Here are 3 things we can't confirm:

• The colour of the car
  We actually get this request quite a lot. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about the colour of your rental car. It all depends on what car the rental location have available for you.
• The car type
  We will always confirm the car category for you however we can't confirm what model car you will get. For example, if you want a compact size car we can confirm that for you however we can't confirm that you will get a Ford Focus or Toyota Corolla.
• Petrol or diesel
  Just like the above 2 points we can't confirm whether you will be given a diesel or petrol car. Diesel can work out to be cheaper in some countries, saving you in the long run while petrol is the fuel of choice in others. Sadly though this is something we can't guarantee.
