You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

For arrivals into Lyon Saint-Exupary Airport, use the shuttle bus for the "Location de voitures" (car rental) shuttle at Gate 27 in Terminal 2. Get off at the 2nd stop "Europcar". For the passengers arriving at Terminal 1, go to Gate 27 in Terminal 2 in order to take the shuttle bus.

To return your vehicle to the airport: take highway A 43, then highway A 432 towards Lyon - Saint-Exupéry. At the entrance of the airport, follow the "Location de voitures" (car rental) signs, and then the Europcar signs.

Please return your vehicle directly in our agency on the Europcar Park, which is located in the "Location de voitures" area of the Lyon St. Exupary Airport. Upon your arrival, one of our representatives will be waiting for you to ensure the return of your vehicle. Then take the "Location de voitures" shuttle to go to the Airport's Terminals.
