Peugeot Delivery and Return Instructions

You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

After arriving into the Lisbon Airport from a flight, contact Porto Paris LDA by phone from a public phone in the arrivals hall. A Peugeot Open Europe agent will then greet you and accompany you to the pick up center via shuttle bus. Your incoming flight information is important for the agent to be able to meet you at the appropriate time. If your flight or appointment details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the telephone numbers below.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot four business days prior to your predetermined date of return. After returning your vehicle, a courtesy shuttle will return you back to the airport. Further procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.
