Peugeot Delivery and Return Instructions

You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.

When you arrive, after you have retrieved your luggage, contact MDS/Frankfurt by phone. A shuttle bus will transport you to the host/MDS Frankfurt center for the delivery of your vehicle. Your incoming flight information is important for the agent to be able to meet you at the appropriate time. Peugeot will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment. If your flight or appointment details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the telephone numbers below.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot four business days prior to your predetermined date of return. A shuttle will take you to the departure terminal of the airport. Further procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.
